In Southern California, Trinidad Island is a premier aquatically oriented residential community. To some extent, the property values on Trinidad are a result of the visual, functional and practical appeal of Trinidad Island and all its unique features. The objective of the homeowners’ association is to ensure the safety, serviceability and appeal of the community.
The intent of the proposed Dock Rules changes is to re-establish the rights and responsibilities of Owners (those granted an easement for exclusive use of) dock slips and dinghy docks in order to maintain or improve the safety, serviceability and appeal of Trinidad Island. One of the key features of property ownership on Trinidad Island is the possibility to have one’s boat moored at or near one’s home.
All Association Members are welcome to provide comment to the Board before the rule changes are formally adopted. Members may do so by writing to their Community Manager, Elizabeth Reed at email@example.com, or by attending the Board of Directors meeting on March 18, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. All comments must be delivered prior to the March 18, 2021 meeting in order to be considered.
